I bought this product because I read the great reviews on amazon and also on other internet sources this supplement can help with eye dryness after ilasik surgery. And it did! For 3 weeks I was constantly putting eye drops in my eyes every 30 mins to an hour. Sleeping with a plastic eye mask at night to hold in the moisture to keep my eyes from drying out so much and even when I did they would be literally stuck almost shut sometimes. I started setting my alarm clock every 2-3 hours to put drops in my eyes during my nights. I was having a really rough time but within 3 days of taking the vitamins as directed. BAM! IT"S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! Thank goodness finally! Something to help! Because I was really starting to regret every having ilasik. But now my eyes are great. Slight dryness. I do put lubricating eye drops in my eyes when I wake up but through out the day maybe once every 4 hours if even that? 6 hours might go by and I'm still good but I still put them in since the eyes are still healing. But it's made such a HUGE difference. I recommend this product to anyone having dry eye problems. It most certainly works!
