After reading some of these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to order. I recently had Lasik eye surgery in South Korea (I have been living and working here for over a year and the procedure is much cheaper here). With this procedure you end up with dry eyes, and are advised to apply artificial tears for about 3-6 months. The regular artificial tears weren't doing the trick. I was waking up with dry eyes every morning. After browsing r/lasik on reddit it was recommended to try night-time eye drops. Came on amazon and saw these, put in my order, and had it shipped to me in South Korea. So far, so good. I am 2 months post-surgery and have been using this product for about that amount of time. I don't wake up with dry, puffy eyes in the morning. Also, I find that I am no longer using the regular eye drops as much throughout the day. I apply 1-2 drops before bed, and 1-2 drops before jumping into the shower in the morning. It is annoying that the caps do not twist back on however I have solved this problem by using the caps from my regular eye drops. Also if I apply too much of the drops, I wake up with crusty eyelashes but that comes off in the shower. Also do apply them in when you are ready for bed because it does blur your vision for about ten minutes. It's a gel and is thicker in consistency. Other than that, I am satisfied with this product. Had my parents ship me two more boxes from the states. Read more

This stuff is BOMB. I have a vascular collagen disorder that causes me a lot of eye irritation, and I basically gave up on eye drops and all that junk because none of them ever do anything. I didn't used to be able to wear contacts very often because they were too drying and irritating after maybe two hours. Got tipped off to this on Corporette, who said she used it after a really nasty eye injury and several readers piped up that they used it after laser surgery and other injuries and thought it was amazing. Tried it, loved it, use it all the time. If I use these drops the night before I wear contacts, I can wear them all day with no issue. Not many days in a row, but the improvement is massive. No itchiness, no redness, so awesome. The single-use packets are annoying but I can dump most of a packet in my eyes in one go so not much is being wasted. I do admit I often put the opened packet in my medicine cabinet and use the remainder the next day, which I shouldn't, but I should do a lot of things I don't do. Like floss. I don't floss and I use single use packets twice. I don't have cavities or pinkeye, so I'm happy with my odds. Read more

I have dry eyes at night after I have had lasik done. I have been using the gel type that comes out of a small tube with ok results. In the past few months I noticed id wake up and my eyes would be very red and irritated. I gave these a try instead. I am happy to say that a lot of the irritation went away. I believe I was getting some sort of reaction to the other kind or maybe I was contaminating the tube with use. The only reason I have marked these down one star is that they tend to leave your eyes a bit crusty in the morning. You will have to remove it off of your eyelashes before putting on makeup and your eyes might feel a little stuck in the morning. Water works fine to remove it, but it can surprise you if you don’t expect it. That being said I feel it is more sanitary to have single use vials. I am just happy to find something that lets me wake up without red bloodshot eyes. I have been taking the supplement by them as well, but I forget sometimes and take it on and off so it is hard to say how much it helps. Read more

I had lasik eye surgery in 2013. For the next year, I had severely dry eyes. Of all the eye drops that I tried at the time, these were the most moisturizing. I needed to use them every day, even during the day (even though they are marketed as night time use). Over time, my dry eye issue went down, but it's still there, and I've continued to use these eye drops. I use a scissors to snip off the top of the individual plastic packaging of each tube. The liquid is very thick, so your vision will be blurry for about 30 seconds, but that's all. I usually blot my eyes with a piece of tissue paper immediately after using, to blot away the excess liquid. I do re-use the tubes, only using about one quarter of the liquid each time. Read more

I like the product. It did not keep my vision blurred for more than a few seconds, which is what I was hoping for. It lubricates well. I have extremely dry eyes because my eyelids do not close and my tears are ineffective. For that reason, I use this more often than just overnight. I use it all day along with extra strength eye drops. I can't say how long it lasts because I do not wait for the effect to wear off before reapplying. I just wish it did not take up to two weeks to arrive. I will be looking for a vendor who can supply this product faster. Read more

I had samples from my doctor to try. I usually bought another band from him which worked well but were more expensive. These come in a small plastic tube that you squeeze a drop out into each eye. I would say each tube holds about three applications. The box holds hold 6 packages I think. Each package holds 4 tubes. The other brand, Oasis Plus I was using, was dispensed the same way but each tube held less product. However the tube for Oasis is designed a little different and was harder for me to squeeze because recently I have developed a weakness in my thumbs. Thera Tears are a little thicker I think because if I happen to be reading at the time I use them, it takes longer for my eyes to clear. I can buy Thera Tears at the drug store, the Oasis Plus I had to get from my eye doctor. Read more
