I have very dry eyes after cataract and several glaucoma surgeries, and this product was recommended by my eye surgeon. I have been using it for several years and I find it very helpful. I prefer using the product in a bottle, as I find the single dose vials wasteful as I only use 1 drop in each eye at a time and there is quite a bit left in each vial which cannot be saved, I do, however, keep several vials in my bag when I go out.
