OH MY GOSH! I don’t know exactly how much weight I’ve lost, I haven’t checked yet BUT: I’ve been in these pills for about a week now and my appetite is almost completely gone! I wanted something that was gonna take the good noise away and this did it! I have to force myself to eat something or else I’ll forget. I can’t speak on the energy part though. I haven’t really noticed my energy change but I have been sleeping SO WELL! It doesn’t upset my stomach or make me nauseous or anything. I will say going to the bathroom has been amazing!
