Very sturdy and keeps drinks cold. My son is probably too big for the size however. It was on the smaller size. Maybe for 5 year old not a 10 year old. It still does what it says and hasn't chipped in the dishwasher. It's also easy to tale apart and put together. My son uses it mostly in his room, in the yard or kitchen so it's good on small trips close by. He liked the handle and design as well. You can fit a hug juice inside and a little more. They keep drinks cool and they don’t leak! Great for backpacks, our elementary lets kids bring water bottles for during the day. I think it is great. We have several of this type/brand and they hold up the daily beating of a kindergarten kid and the bus. I have been accidentally busted in the face with a full bottle of water. It is heavy and hard and thought my nose was broken and my eyes watered. So if your kids use bottles as weapons against siblings or you be aware that it is metal and heavy-ish when full. And the artwork on them is well printed and crisp images, that do not peel or rub off like the plastic bottles do.
