These are hands down the best disposal heated eye masks! Having Sjögren’s I have tried a lot of different brands. These not only last exceptionally long but they also provide the most steamy moisture out of all the masks I have tried. I have placed them in my pocket after using them on my eyes and they act as a hand warmer and will retain heat for hours. I paid for 28 masks and only received 14. I waiting a long time to receive the order, and now if I want my money back I need to send back the half order I received. Meanwhile, I have an eye condition so I really need the ones I have and I’d rather not send them back and wait another two weeks. Can you please just send me the missing box of 14? These are absolutely the best disposable eye masks I’ve used and I’ve been recommending them to other dry eye sufferers. I’m so disappointed that I spent almost $40 and will not be able to use them because I need to return the incomplete order I got. This leaves me stuck for two more weeks waiting for a new order.
