Best I've owned so far
I am an overweight individual who started at 450+ pounds and now find myself weighing 285 pounds. This has always lead to me having a hard time doing ground exercises as it would hurt my knees so much. Using this Yoga Mat though there is considerably less pain it is of great quality and cushions the hard ground very well. Does not slip around like with other mats I previously tried. Read more

The mat seems to be of good quality, however the photo of the mat shows a carry-strap with a description that reads, "easy to carry". It did not come with a strap not was there a disclaimer that indicated that I needed to buy one separately. Read more
