The measurements given in the image are very close. I measured 2.16" for the medium which is very close to 2.2". The large is 2.56". While this toy is a little squishy, don't go beyond your limits expecting it to give enough to fit. It gives but just expands elsewhere. The material it is made of is slippery with a good lube but without lube it is very tacky feeling. One must have a good lube. It reminds me of non-slip rubber feet. I might add, it is also good for cold play. Handles being in a freezer well. Remains soft just like at room temperature. I haven't tried heat but I'm not sure the material can handle heat well. Also, the texture is enough that you can feel it but not uncomfortable by any means. Unless a person has reactions with the material, it should be good for long term or all day use. The shape makes it stay in really well. Some toys are shaped wrong for that but this is a good shape, for me at least. The coloring is also very close to what the pictures show. Bigger than you think! Dimensions are misleading. When you open the box and take it out it’s a shocker. This thing is designed very well. The neck is long and the bottom of the insertable part is less angled than others so between that and the size of this thing it locks in like you wouldn’t believe!
