Works okay if you're wiping a wet spot, but works terribly if you're using it while wet. I found it to be more helpful when using it dry for a final gloss shine after having already washed and dried the area(s) with some other materials. It is totally useless(in my opinion) if you wet it. It feels slimy to the touch rendering its demise to the trash can.
