Easy to use pretty tight maybe this will get easier as I work out more. I can only do a few reps at a time then must rest. I walk 10k plus a day, but these are different muscles. Fatigue hits pretty quickly. Easy to put together. Easy to use, small and compact. You can change the tension a little by moving the product up/down your leg. Small and easy to store. Comes with a little book of suggested exercises and amount of reps to use. I chose the green, and it’s nice. Numerous low key colors if you’re not interested in all black equipment. Basically functions like the old thigh master. Not a great design the piece that goes between the inner thighs is made of hard plastic and it is very uncomfortable. It’s ok for chest exercises and I tried putting it between my knees it worked that way. I don’t recommend it. Read more
