The item is a little under powered for the price. But I can get use to it compared to my over the stove oven 1000 watt. The one star deduction is for Amazons inability to deliver a product with care. Package was obviously, rolled, dropped and stabbed. Fortunately there is only a crimp in the upper left corner of the cabinet that did not effect the operation. The stab thru the box by something quite large missed the front glass by fractions of an inch. Read more

We have had this microwave for about 3 months now and love it. It looks great and works well. We have a few Thor appliances and while I have read bad reviews of their service department, that has not been my experience. We needed a part replaced that came in damaged on a stove and they sent the replacement part without issue. While we have not had to have anything on the microwave replaced, I thought it is worth noting that I have used their service department on a different appliance without problems. Read more

Expensive product but no lights on panel which makes it very difficult to use without gringo turning on ceiling light. The food warning up is a hit or miss. Sometimes a 1 will warm it up nicely then other times, you have to put on 2 or 3. Too expensive to have these issues Read more
