Once I figured out how to use it things got better. Pinch the orange tips and bend at the center. put the flat part against area with hair twist right hand pinch clockwise and left hand pinch counter clockwise. It gets easier the more you figure it out. I like this because it travels well doesn't need electric or charging. $4.99 for six hair springs I've paid more for a single tweezer. Read more
