This product was my favorite toy due to its design, materials and functionality…however, after purchasing one 4 months ago, the product simply stopped working after 3 weeks. As it’s understandably not a refundable product and I enjoyed it so much, I hoped it was simply a fluke. I therefore ordered a new one. I also sent an email to the address on the instruction manual describing the item’s disfunction and have not received any type of reply in weeks. Unfortunately, I’ve had the new one for only a few weeks and it too has suddenly stopped working. It charges, but does not turn on despite the indicator lights showing a full charge. I always used the product and followed care instructions and charging instructions according to the manufacturer’s specifications. I am sad that I have to discourage the purchase of this product.
