For the price this is a great ring. Seems accurate for tracking sleep. Not as accurate for step count compared to Apple Watch. Easier to wear to bed and charge lasts much longer than watch. **UPDATE** I requested the return of the product and reimbursement of my purchase of course, and it’s been already over a month and the status says “there was an issue with the resimbursment of your purchase”. Not sure what the seller’s process is, but it’s definitely been the most difficult process I’ve had to go through. Still waiting for my $50 USD back :( Think reuse before you purchase, and read all reviews. **ORIGINAL** I was excited to find something not so expensive that would allow me to remove my Apple Watch at night and gave this one a try. Unfortunately, the data was quite inaccurate, and it showed me in deep sleep when I knew for a fact, something had woken me up at night (tested 2 nights with the ring + Apple Watch on at the same time). Had to proceed with the return and refund and I must say that the refund has taken already two weeks and is expected in one or two more weeks :/ quite a bummer of a process. It had originally arrived in 1 day and that was very excited but left me disappointed in the end to have to go through such a long process — thought the credit to my Amazon account would make it faster but here I am :( As it states, the color is rose gold but it wasn’t SUPER ROSEY so it didn’t bother me to wear this ring + my gold jewelry. So far, I really enjoy this ring. I like the app so far (Da Rings on the Apple app store) and it seems accurate with what it tracks: - Daily activity (think apple watch rings) - Sleep (including deep, light, REM, overall quality, and heart rate) - Workouts (even after I did one, the app told me it recognized a workout during X period of time, and asked if I’d like to add it) - Average heart rate every 30 minutes - Blood oxygen - Blood pressure - HRV - Stress level (though I feel this one’s a little less accurate.) Since it’s a pretty thick ring, I prefer to wear it on my thumb. However, I intended to wear it on my middle finger. I’m very surprised that the size 8 I used in the ring sizing kit was snug, yet the real thing seems more loose. I’m also very much a gold jewelry girlie, so it was super disappointing to find that the “gold” ring is actually rose gold. I added a picture of the smart ring next to a gold ring, and you can tell it’s a completely different shade. As for battery life, it can definitely go more than a day without charging. However, I always take it off and charge it while I’m in the shower. It is waterproof, but I’m just not one to wear jewelry during my shower. It’s a really pretty ring. It’s sleek and more expensive looking than it was. However, it’s more of a disposable ring. It stopped working 3 months in. There’s really no need to spend $300 on other models when this one performs just as well. I needed something else to track my sleep. I have a galaxy watch but you can only set one sleep tracking goal. I work overnights 3 days a week and want to be able to track that and get scores for it, so this ring enables me to do that. The ring tracks when you laid down and when you got up as a total but you are able to see exactly what time and how long you were awake if you wake up in the middle of your sleep. Read more
