The media could not be loaded. I just received this brand new. It has three touch buttons, but I don’t know what two of the three or four because they are not described in the manual. One of the touch buttons is an on button. The manual says to press the on button and thenwait until the “numbers” stop flashing. So a letter A is flashing, and has been for 15 minutes now. Nothing happens. There is no heat no steam. A cold stream of water comes out if I push the steam button. Read more
