I'll say up top that it's really important to note that these are not high absorbency -- they're designed for small leaks up to their capacity of 40ml, which is really not very much. If you're looking for something with the absorbency to handle incontinence or bedwetting, you are looking at the wrong product! I tested these with a measured amount of water, and found that they absorbed the stated capacity quickly and held it without leaking. They're comfortable and discreet, looking just like regular underwear. I chose the black and grey assortment so there's not much to say about the color variety! They wash and dry well. I actually use these for the same purpose another reviewer mentioned -- as an added layer of protection over regular pull-ups. They work just great for that, and give us an extra layer of security when we're out and about. Read more
Initially, these underwear were a God send! Our son suffers from incontinence/ day-wetting and had frequent accidents at school and at home. These underwear are properly padded to catch the initial wetting, but will not hold a full amount of wetting. They fit great and are relatively soft, but my son did say they were slightly uncomfortable at times. I will say they are very pricey, but for us, they were worth it! I would say my only complaint is the padding. If you don't soak these underwear immediately, you'll likely have a strong urine smell after washing these as the urine seems to stay in the padding. They are made very well and ultimately serve the purpose they were intended for. Read more
These are a pretty neat concept! My son is disabled so he usually still wears pull-ups but those often leak and can sometimes be uncomfortable depending on what we are doing. So these are a solid backup for so many things. I also like them for night time. We can actually put them over his pull-ups and it's a perfect barrier to protect his clothes and the bedding. They look and feel like regular underwear, so if your child is only wearing them to a sleepover or something, it can be so helpful to avoid any accidents or awkward moments at someone else's home. We haven't had any blowouts, but they are fitted perfectly for my 10 year old. At the same time, we are not looking at major issues and we are only have minor problems at night with bed wetting. They run a tad small but that is likely by design, as the tighter the fit the better the performance. They look normal as well and that helps with the other kids in the house and teasing. With the issues we are having, these have performed perfectly. Keep in mind that sooner or later they just can't contain everything, especially if there is a lot of urine. But that is kind of expected as these aren't designed like a big kid diaper. For our need, they work great, are comfortable and look normal! That's a big plus. Read more
Fairly absorbant to resist leaks, these stylish underwear look normal but aid in problems with liquid leakage. They appear quality but their fit seems a bit smaller than standard. They appear pretty soft. Read more
These don't actually hold any liquid, so they are completely defeated in purpose. Sure, they're soft, seemingly durable through the wash/dry cycle, and the colors are fun. The sizing is accurate and fits how I would expect. They're comfortable enough and the kiddo likes them. But the 2 nights they've been worn to bed, one accident in the bed has gone straight through any "absorbent" materials and gotten everything in the bed soaked. I had hoped these would actually be a good nighttime backup for accidents, but alas- not at all. Read more
My son has issues with bed wetting and I was excited to see these nighttime underwear being offered. Unfortunately, these are too small for my son. For size reference, he wears a size 14/16 underwear but these are a bit snug on him. I did take a comparison pic of the size difference (middle pic shows the solid light blue on top and the bottom pair is his own underwear). It just seems like these aren’t long enough for him. I would say that my son is husky and really wanted these to fit. I did request the larger size being offered (x-large). I also think they’re not as leakproof as I had hoped. His bedding was still wet in the morning which is disappointing. He said he didn’t feel comfortable taking his pic wearing these but I did take a pic of them inside out to give you an idea of how much padding there is in these. I’d also like to add that my son doesn’t have a lot to drink at night. My son prefers briefs over boxers which are usually difficult to find as they get older. No issues with washing these but it’s recommended not to use fabric softener. I just washed them with a pod and let these air dry. The quality seems nice however, the overall fit is small. Read more
These boxer briefs are a wonderful find for boys who struggle with incontinence. What makes them stand out is how normal they look — just like any other pair of boys’ underwear. That simple detail makes such a big difference, taking away the embarrassment and stigma that too often come with this kind of challenge. It’s already hard enough for a child to cope with a medical issue, and the last thing they need is to worry about being teased by peers who don’t understand. These briefs are beautifully made with wide waistbands, reinforced leg seams, and soft cotton fabric that feels comfortable all day. Even with their absorbent liner, they aren’t thick or bulky. The bright, vivid colors make them feel cheerful and age-appropriate, and the range of sizes means they can fit older kids and teens, too. My son says they’re comfortable and help him feel secure, which lets him focus on life instead of his worries — and that’s worth everything. They’re also easy to care for, just machine wash and dry on low heat, so they fit seamlessly into everyday routines. It’s such a relief to have a reliable, discreet solution that restores both confidence and comfort. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my child feel good about himself again. Recommend: 5/5.
