Great briefs

Husband loves these. They run small so my husband that wears medium/large found the extra large a perfect fit. They are amazingly soft. They look just like regular briefs but with a little bit of padding. They even have the opening like regular briefs. We call it the spare pocket. They wash great and we hang them on the clothesline, we do not want to risk the ruining the elastic in the dryer. Read more

Keeps you issue under control

So far so good. Much more comfortable then having to wear pads all day that do not contain even small leaak problems. Read more

Pretty comfortable underwear for light leak protection

This underwear provides good protection for small urinary leaks. It feels very well-made overall, and despite have 0% cotton, the fabric and the moderately thick front padding feel durable and cottony soft. I found the size chart to be accurate (medium for 32” waist) and the underwear is no more visible under clothing than regular briefs. The only thing I didn’t love about this product is where the padding stops — right at a slightly awkward-feeling spot at the very bottom of the front panel. As a result, (1) it feels a little weird “down there” when you first put them on (but I got used to them pretty quickly) and (2) the underwear is effective only for containing relatively small leaks in the very front. Personally, I find this type of underwear is more comfortable overall and much more protective if the padding continues all the way up the back side. As for the level of absorbency, the padding nicely wicks away normal sweat to keep you feeling dry, but for incontinence, it is suitable only for light dribbles and leakage (which it does very well). According to the product page, these briefs can hold up to 50 ml (1.7 oz.) of liquid, and I think it lives up to that promise. If you’re looking for greater absorbent coverage in a traditional brief style, I would recommend checking out Aircute’s underwear (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CDLMXRKX). It’s more expensive than this product, but it is more absorbent and the padding goes all the way from the front to the top of the back, which I find more comfortable. I think this product is a good value. It is priced reasonably ($75.99 for 5 pairs = $15.20/pair at time of order) compared to similar products. 4 stars. Read more

His 'Go-Too' briefs.

These are working well for my family member. Fit well and look like regular briefs. I have ordered 15 pairs for him in the last year since it the only briefs he wears now. Read more

Difficult to get on and leaks in the rear

While the body is xl roomy, the waist band is hard to get over the hips. Like it is actually a large. The absorbent pad does not go up far enough to stop leaks. I will have to wear a pad in the back. Otherwise they are lightweight and comfortable. Read more

They seem large at first sight, but the fit is comfortable.

August 23, 2024: These absorbent incontinence briefs are a pleasant surprise. I used the size chart in the product page photos. They arrived with a shipping label on the front cover of their product box. The label placement was fortunate because they were referred to as "panties" which is not an appropriate term for US men's underwear (probably poorly translated). That was the only con; everything else was pro. The absorbent padding covers the entire front interior up to the waistband and a few inches up the rear interior. The fabric is comfortable and the tasteful color selection matches the product page photos. The waistband fits just right; neither too loose nor tight. The price seems high (about $15 per pair) but is comparable with other similar products. If you need the protection, they are worth the price. Read more

Nice quality

I got these in the smallest size for my autistic son. He can use the toilet but sometimes leaks a little before he makes it there. These are a good fit for him. He wears a 16-18 in boys sizes and we got the smallest size in these incontinence briefs. The quality is very nice and they absorb just the right amount. They seem to be comfortable as he hasn’t complained. They also wash up nicely. The price is a bit on the high side but the quality is good. Read more

Nice Material, Runs a Bit Small, Pad is Not For Everyone

I purchased these for travel for those small leaks/"drippage". The viscose/spandex material was very silky and comfortable. Either they run slightly small, or the leg holes are a bit tight. Overall, the absorbent pad wasn't noticeable except for the lower leg area due to how far back the pad goes. it is almost too wide, resulting in a 'diaper' feeling. I'm not sure if this is due to the absorbent pad or the size running slightly small, but I would have preferred if the pad ended slightly shorter than where it did. Read more
