These underwear are great to prevent leakage from transferring through to your pants. The leak-proof section covers the entire front area. And it extends up to the mid-buttocks area. They won't prevent complete "swamp but" sweat from transferring, but as long as the sweat is coming from the crotch area, you will be good, and outer garments will remain dry.
