I bought these Timberland PRO Powertrains for work and I'm really satisfied. From day one, they were very comfortable; they didn't require any breaking in. Despite having a safety toe, they feel quite light, which is appreciated during long shifts. The sole has excellent grip, and you can tell they're designed for industrial environments. They also help reduce fatigue, especially if you're standing or walking for long periods of time. The design is modern and discreet, ideal for those looking for protection without sacrificing style. So far, they've held up well to daily use, and the materials appear to be of good quality. I would definitely buy them again. Highly recommended if you need comfortable, durable, and well-designed safety shoes. Read more

It’s hard to have a rugged boot and comfortability in the same sentence, but these boots fit the bill! I bought them specifically for the anti-slip and they do not disappoint! The only issue, if you’re not used to a boot hitting the back of ur ankle you might experience a blister, but after a few days and a few bandaids they were fine, would definitely recommend, especially if u don’t want to slip and injure yourself, great purchase, well worth the price. My son needed these for his work with electronics. He said they fit well and passed the test so he did not need whatever straps he had to put on his previous pair. I do not really understand what he was speaking of, but glad they worked. He also liked the style of the shoe and was pleased with the comfort. Lightweight, not same as steel toe shoes. Read more

The shoes appear to be well-made and reasonably comfortable. However, they run quite narrow and fit tightly. I normally never need a wide size in any brand, but I wish I had ordered the wide option for this pair. Read more

Right out of the box you'll notice the weight they're just a little bit heavier than your regular hiking boots. The toe box is okay allowing your toes ample room. I noticed breaking time took in just about a week 7 days to get them to bend normal and for you to wear the insole into your foot. The insult is ferlise and considering you would want a little more insole for the support you need for all day use. They are fairly stain resistant I work as a mechanic and have already gotten some solvents and oil on them and it seems to wipe off fairly easily. The reinforced Parts in the front toe allow you to use it for moving the lift with your shoe or a tire machine without it tearing up the front part of your boot. One thing that can be considered a con is you'll have to use crew socks and if you're used to using socks that are usually for running shoes they don't work on this type of boot the back part of the boots will rub on your Achilles and caused you some soreness. The width is actually wider than I'm used to it will cause you to have to tighten the laces more to keep your foot stable in the boot. In summation I kind of expected more for the money but I've owned different types of Timberland Pros and I just wanted to try these out to see how they would work out for 6 to 8 months which is what they usually last. Update: 3/19/22 They didn't make it the full year. 3 months in the soles cracked in half at the bend past the ball of my foot. This was unexpected because know I am not able to use them when it rains or on wet floors. 5 months in had to replace the insoles, the heel wore a hole through them. And finally 9 months in, no longer could walk in them, the crack in the soles wore completely through the whole shoe rendering them worthless. This was surprising, I expected alot more from a name brand shoe maker that I have trusted for years. Won't be purchasing this type of boot from the brand anymore thats for sure. Read more

This boot holds up well outside for a few years; inside for 6 months to a year. Longer with insoles added at 6 months. They are a bit heavy, but worth it. They have great traction, look and feel good. A very functional work boot that does not look like a workboot. Read more
