I returned the first pair and got a size 7. They fit great but one of the shoe laces are broke. It's like they were worn before. I have looked everywhere to try and figure out how long are the laces so I can buy some leather ones. The boot info said their was a side zipper and their was not a zipper so thankfully I was able to return and get my money back.. small uncomfortable boot w/diff return instructions

I wear a 7.5. I ordered these in 7W, but they are definitely too small which I am NOT saying that is the company's fault. Just now in my opinion up size if your a mid size, but I do think the rest of the boot is not practical to work in and seems rather uncomfortable altogether so I am NOT reordering a larger size. Also I am struggling w/the return instructions. "PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RETURNS FORM, INVOICE/AMAZON ORDER ID AND DETAIL OF ITEM BEING RETURNED AND WHY. Also, please remember to fill in the Commercial Invoice with the return Waybill number given, Date and Value." There is no returns form and my amazon invoice I found under my ordered item on line that I am printing does not have any mention of why I am returning it and I don't see a commercial invoice to put waybill info onto which may be my returns form as well IDK. I hope I don't lose my $170 just because of the precise return instructions that can't be followed. Your calf also needs to be thin and small for these boots. I am 150 lbs and 5'5" and not considered a lug but they barely lace up my thighs. Read more
