First of all, this is a very nice lunch box. It's reasonably priced, I like the color (I got a kindof medium blue/turquoise color which is very bright and fun), can't quite speak to durability yet as I've only had it a month or so but so far so good. However, my favorite feature isn't really an official feature- but the top handle works perfectly for sliding over the handles of a rolling backpack, making things even easier for me to take my lunch to work along with the seven thousand other things I lug back and forth. I haven't had any issues with spills even through I'm basically using the thing sideways; but I'm not packing loose stuff in the thing in the first place. I have not tried this when the bag is in the unzipped (taller) size; only in the half zipped size if that makes sense. Larger size/more weight may make this somewhat ungainly but in the unextended configuration it works very well. No idea why this isn't listed as a feature (and I tried lots of key words to try to find a lunchbox I could transport this way and nothing seems to be designed with this in mind!) but it's a super handy side benefit on top of being a great lunch box in general. I purchased this lunch box for my 8 year old daughter. We love this bag as she can put so many items in it since it expands! With it being so hot, one needs more than 1 bottle of water for camp. To share what can fit in the bag, we put 2 bottles of water, a juice box, an ice pack, bag of chips, piece of fruit (or bag of grapes), applesauce, pack of muffins, and sandwich (or canteen of food) and still have room. I like the size because we are able to pack snacks for throughout the day. The best part is the ability to clean the inside! We had to get another one because she left food in the old one and it was disgusting. Well, she's done it again but this time, I was able to easily clean it and didn't have to replace it! Functionality is top tier, whether you want to wear it out as a crossover, or hold it in your hand. I got this back from my mother, who has a disability, and can't carry heavy things in her hand. She tends to use mini suitcase to carry her work items. This Lunch bag slides over the suitcase handle with ease and is able to carry her extensive snacks and lunch and super huge water bottle. The size that this lunchbag mcan expand to and deflate to is amazing. The design is cute but functional. With a couple of ice packs or hot packs this keeps the food warm and cold for expensive period of time. I will recommend this back to anyone whether blue collar or white collar jobs. Read more

I ordered this as a replacement for a Tommy Bahama lunch bag I’d had for over five years. I think this company made the Tommy Bahama bag as it was the same design and features. It is a lightweight, flexible style that can be expanded with heavyweight zippers and a carrying strap. I think this one will last for many years. Only regret is that it only has one ice pack compartment on the top, which should be featured in the company’s description. My previous bag had another compartment on the bottom. This one does not, but I can put an ice pack in the inside. It will go sailing, biking, hiking and on picnics as it’s so lightweight and insulating. Very good value for the money. Well done.
