I am so impressed with this TIVOLI Damascus Santoku Knife! From the moment I opened the box, it felt like a luxury piece. The blade is stunning in person with the Damascus pattern, it is beautiful and looks much more expensive than the price. The olive wood handle is smooth, lightweight, and super comfortable to hold, even during longer prep sessions. Performance-wise, this knife is a dream. It glides through meat, veggies, herbs literally everything and with almost no effort. I barely have to apply pressure, and it gives such clean, precise cuts. Chopping has actually become fun! It feels perfectly balanced and sharp right out of the box. It also comes in a lovely gift box, which makes it feel extra high-end. Honestly, this is one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made in a long time. Whether you’re upgrading your own knives or gifting someone who loves to cook, this one is a winner. I highly recommend! I’m really impressed with this knife. The blade has a stunning pattern that makes it look very premium, and it came well-packaged in a sturdy box. It feels solid and well-balanced, and the wooden handle is smooth and comfortable to hold. So far it cuts very cleanly and makes prepping ingredients much easier. I’m happy with the quality and the overall design. Definitely a great addition to my kitchen! Read more

Don’t be fooled by “Japanese Craftmanship”, this knife is made in China. That said, I can say this seems to be a well made “no name” knife. Cuts bread well, good Damascus, beautiful olive wood handle with big decorative pin and wonderful feel in the hand. Can’t talk durability as of yet, but this TIVOLI bread knife is a bargain at the price! Read more

The media could not be loaded. If you know me, you know I’m a knife hoarder. I’m not a knife brand snob, because I have bought top of the line brands, and they never turn out to be my go to knives. But, I am knife obsessed. Literally, I’m always buying a new knife or knife set. I start off buying them for my work stash, and if they prove worthy after heavy duty use (remember a chef uses their knives for hours daily, it’s not the same as regular home use), then I buy them for my home and sometimes as gifts. And lastly, if I really love a knife or knife set, I buy a spare set and always have it unopened on hand. Seriously, if I was to travel for a visit or to my parents, I would buy a set and ship it to their home so I had something to work with. I can’t not have a good knife. I literally own at least 50 knives. I own so many I have 3 knife bags; my regular traveling knives and utensils, my kosher knives and utensils, and a 3d for when I may need it. I have 4 knife magnets and now that I have my chef equipment in the garage (I’m a private chef, so I have a mobile supply of equipment separate from my regular equipment) I have to put a 5th magnet up in the garage. That’s how many knives I own. I can’t help myself 😆 I recently bought this set for my kosher knife/equipment. The one knife was so sharp it punctured through the bag without me realizing and cut my finger by me literally and unknowingly brushing my finger on it. They are not only high quality and sharp, they’re gorgeous! So, of course I bought a 2nd set for my regular traveling knives, and I’m hoping they go on sale for Black Friday because I want to buy 2 more sets. One for home, and 1 for my spare set stash; because as I mentioned, I like to have on hand an unopened spare set of my favorite knives. Now, most people determine sharpness by a ripe or even over ripe tomato, and yes they’re hard to cut with dull knives, but I personally think peppers are more challenging and what about a bagel? If you watch the video, it cut through that carrot with barely any pressure. If you’re looking for an amazing set of knives, I recommend this set for sure! #tivoli #tivoliknives #damascas #knivesofinstagram #knivesofinstagram🔪 Read more

Pretty good. Never realized how a good knife makes cutting so smooth. Always had inexpensive knifes but this one clearly shows the difference. Read more
