Oh la la- This eye massager is pretty awesome! It gives me the relaxation, mindfulness and gentle massage of a high priced spa visit for an affordable price. What a godsend this has been, especially after a long day of work or dealing with a spicy teenager! This arrived quick. The unboxing experience is superb. Everything is well packaged and protected and everything you need (well written, easy to follow instructions, charger, device) is in the box. It is gift ready too. The battery life on this is quite impressive as I have gone a few weeks (sometimes with 'sessions' a day) on one three hour (or overnight) charge. This was very easy to set up and pair with my phone (for music). I really appreciate that an extra app/download isn't necessary. I can do everything right from the eye mask, including controlling the music. While someone laying right next to you will hear the music/sounds coming from the mask, it's not loud like a BT speaker in any way. This is well constructed, studry and durable. It folds (directly in the middle) for easy storage and travel. I do wish it came with some sort of bag/protective case though. The studry plastic doesn't feel cheep or like a kids toy at all and the leather section that goes against the face is soft, comfortable and easy to clean (makeup wipes off easy and skin care products do not eat away at the leather). The head strap is easily adjustable, comfortable and doesn't pull on my hair. While this does have a bit of weight to it, it's easy to wear. The heat function is heavily! It doesn't get overly hot but is definitely noticeable, effective and relaxing. The massage is pretty great. When activated, the inner part of the mask expands to provide slight pressure against the eyes and temples. It does so in a rhythmic way where it is very relaxing. There's so many different things this is great for! Migranes or headaches, stuffed, plugged or painful sinuses, burning or tired eyes, meditation and mindfulness or just a relaxing pampering sesh to name a few. Despite not coming with a case, there are a few other things that keep this from being perfect in my opinion. Upon start up, there is a voice that's quite loud and a bit annoying. I can't figure out how to keep the volume down the next time I power the mask on. The loud voice is a bit annoying honestly. Then, when the massage function is on, it is quite loud too. It's hard to drown out and since it's the actual device working, there's obviously no volume control. Finally, I personally wish there was a bit more pressure. While the massage, without a doupt, feels great I prefer when I hold the mask down on my face so I can really feel it working. I totally understand that not everyone would agree, but I wish there was another setting or a 'high pressure' mode or something. Overall, very easy to use, relaxing and comfortable. I tend to struggle with eye related headaches so I thought I would give this eye massager a go, and it has been a game changer for me. The gentle heat and pressure provide a soothing experience, which helps in relieving tension and fatigue, especially after long hours in front of screens. The design is comfortable, making it easy to use anywhere and the adjustable strap provides for a very comfy fit. I also love the variety of settings. I really like this eye massager mask that has heat. I have never seen or heard of anything like this and I’m glad that I chose this item to test! :0) This eye mask is very well made. It is a little heavy and bulky but that is expected for such a nice item that truly massages your eye area, forehead and temples! I LOVE the slow gentle robotic movements but FYI it IS noisy. You DO need to focus on the background music or turn the music off entirely and work on meditation and mindfulness. The soft front face/eye protein leather is smooth and comfortable. The entire design is well made and there is an easy to adjust head strap band. You want the head strap loose but tight enough so it does NOT slip off. You can use this eye mask sitting upright or lying down but I prefer to use it lying down because it’s so bulky and heavy. The mask feels better against your face while you are lying down. There are only 3 buttons and this item is so easy to use, I didn’t even have to read the directions to use it. Comes with a black USB-C charging cable. I wish this nice item came with a drawstring carry pouch. It is so nice, I don’t want to scratch it during travel. The only massage modes I don’t like are the PULSE/Vibration modes. I couldn’t feel any difference with the massage and it made even more noise. I will NOT be using the Wake Up mode nor the other mode that uses pulsation. Don’t expect the front middle section to contour to your nose area. Focus on centering the edges and top and bottom around your eyes like wearing a ski mask. I really like using this massaging eye mask with heat after showering before bedtime. The heat and massaging motion around my eye sockets and temples is really nice! LOVE the Soft and Strong massage modes best. The 2 music pieces are a little tinny and high pitched. I wish they replaced these 2 music pieces with white noise options like Ocean Waves, Rain Storm, Crackling Fire, etc. I haven’t had time to play around with the Bluetooth pairing yet but I will set it to white noise once I pair my BT to my phone! :0) I recommend this item highly but please be aware you will have to ignore the robotic mechanical noise and focus on mindfulness and meditation. This is my first time using a massaging eye mask, and I'm not disappointed. The mask wraps around your face and roughly stops at the temples. It isn't something that you can sleep in but more of something that you relax with because the mask itself is a hard plastic unit. This unit has 5 presets that consist of combinations of heat, pressure, vibration and music. The main reason I wanted one of these was because I have dry eye and was hoping an electronic mask would stay heated longer. This is the only disappointment I have, the heat is preset and you cannot lower or raise it. I was hoping the heat would be able to get a little hotter, but at least with this you can set multiple sessions rather than dealing with a mask that you preheat in the microwave and goes cold within 10. Each session is 15 minutes long. There is only about 3 embedded songs in the unit which consist of a piano and birds etc., but this unit does connect to Bluetooth if you want to listen to other types of music. The pressure setting is stronger than the vibration setting, the pressure setting is similar to a shiatsu machine with the rolling balls. Read more
