The only thing I’ve found that controls my thorasic rib and spine pain and muscle pain after having 7 spine fractures and 7 kyphoplasties. I’ve just ordered 4 more. This shirt is a life saver for me. I’m usually in tremendous pain 24/7. Now I go to bed with this on and will usually slip it off before I fall asleep, but put it back on immediately after I get up in the morning. I am so glad I found this. I ordered the black one, and having tried it, now I've gone back and ordered another black and one of each of the other colors. I had back surgery a bit over a year ago, and am continuing to recover. I've worn a TLSO brace ever since, and am now ready for something lighter weight and less bulky. This is absolutely perfect. It can be worn as an undergarment (or alone, I guess, if you just want a tank) without making you look like a tank (pun intended). I bought a size up...I'm normally a women's US size 14, which converts to a large on the size chart. But I read the reviews and decided to try the XL first. It is a perfect quite snug fit, and it supports my back as I move around. It doesn't get in the way of sitting, and my back is less sore wearing it. It has a good length to it, with grippy stuff on the bottom, so it doesn't ride up. Compared to wearing a camisole with my bulky brace over it and then another shirt to hide it, it is much cooler in our hot southwestern temperature. It is definitely helping me feel more like myself, which can only help with recovery. I will still wear my heavy brace when I'm going to be out and about in areas where people might bump into me and throw off my balance, but otherwise, this will be my go to support device. I purchased this tank in 8/2023 and have worn it frequently over the past year. It has never lost its shape no matter how many washings (always hang to dry). I love the compression especially in my lower back. The fit is firm as I desire and expect, the rubberized bands keep the fabric from riding up without constricting or leaving “lines”. QUALITY: undeniable excellent construction with outstanding performance for the athletic movement I demand. Overall the tank is flattering and based on wearing this top at least weekly if not 2x/week over the past year it’s an excellent value for the cost - which at first was daunting!
