This thing is HUGE! I was expecting it to be big but this exceeded my expectation. Be prepared though as with the tie downs, it has about a 30 ft diameter and I am realizing how tricky it is to find a campsite that large. That being said, setting it up in my yard was an absolute Breeze compared to any other tent I have ever set up. It was extremely easy, no instructions required. The quality is absolutely top notch and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, it was worth every cent. Keep in mind it is HEAVY. Read more
The room in this tent is like no other. We bought it for camping, and this is the way to be camping! We have a queen air mattress, camping table and TV and still have loads of room in the tent. Set up is a breeze. Warning though, the tent is HEAVY. Used the tent in TX and FL and it can get a little stuffy inside, but just opening the windows helps a lot. We used the rain tarp for a storm and there was zero leaking. The storm was awful and because of the shape of the tent, there was no bowing.... we did not feel the storm at all. Saw the lightening, heard the thunder, did not feel the wind or rain. Read more
We have been camping every night since we set it up in our garden. It’s dry, beautiful and was easy to put up. It’s fun for the whole family. Romantic and magical. A wonderful place for prayer and time with God too. Read more
I would like to give it 5 but sadly the tent is not a four season tent and is made out of a very thin type of vinyl instead of canvas. Plus the instructions that come with it is in Chinese so setting it up for the first time toke a little bit to do so. I am happy with the size and the floor is super thick so that is a great thing. Compliments abound. This tent is easy to setup, looks fantastic and performs well provided you do a little extra work. This is a canvas tent so if you want it waterproof, you need to buy some waterproofing spray and give it 2 to 3 coatings. Focus especially on the seams. We have used this multiple times and one of those outings we had light rain almost every night. Everything stayed dry. First year tried a small wood stove. It worked but not nearly as well as the small diesel heater we used the second year. Easy to setup provided you can get the pegs into the ground. Hard terrain would be a non-starter. Also definitely not a “packable” tent in terms of hiking unless some other form of transport (car/horse) is moving your camp gear. Add extra bling and safety by adding solar ground lights at each rope line that run to your ground pegs. Read more
