Beware... order 24, get 6
Long term fan of Tom's. Don't usually use the Gel but it was really really inexpensive for some reason so I bought a 24 pack. Only got 6 tubes. Contacted Amazon and they had me send back the 6 and they then sent me a new order and this time it was 24 tubes. I used the gel and found it to be fine although it doesn't "foam" as much as the paste version. At the price of $38 for 24 tubes, I ordered another 24 and what do you think arrived... 6 tubes again. They can't seem to figure out how to count to 24. Amazon could have just sent me 3 more 6-packs but they had me mail back the 6 and then sent me a full order of 4-6packs. Cost them money for shipping and me time for boxing up and taking to UPS. Not really happy with Amazon. So if you order the 24 quantity, be aware that you might not get what you paid for. Read more
