***Update 10 JUN 2025*** I reached out to customer service and they replaced the back paddles. I just received them and they fit very snug. I'd give that 5th star but there are two minor issues that I see. 1) the replacement paddles aren't the same color as the originals. They aren't the wrong color, but they were probably from a different production run and are a much darker red than the originals. They're also darker than the D-Pads in the original kit. Truthfully, not a huge deal as I am the only person that will notice this but I would've been nice if it all matched. 2) Now that I've had this kit for a few weeks the left thumbstick is fading. The red is much lighter than when it first arrived. I understand wear and tear but this is a bit too early for this IMHO. I have a spare now since I use the tall thumbstick for the right side with a Kontrol Freek on top of that (which seems to protect it from my thumb fading it), but again I think it's a bit too early for wear and tear. No complaints on the form/fit/function on any of the product though. It's that aesthetically the quality is lacking slightly. Thanks again to customer service for sending me the replacement paddles and working to correct the situation. It is much appreciated. ****Original Review**** The right rear paddle is very loose. I understand that there is play in these paddles because they are held in by magnets and they are a simple lever but the rear right long paddle's "base" isn't the same as the other three. I believe that is causing the excessive play. I really don't want to return the entire kit for one component that is defective. I'll gladly return the defective paddle. The rest of the kit works as advertised and is a nice complement to my pro controller. I sent an email on their site directly seeking a resolution. If you look at the left three "bases" they are basically the same as the factory paddles from MS. They are rectangle with sharp corners. If you look at the one on the left you can see that the rectangle has much more rounded corners. I believe that this is what is causing the excessive play/wiggle with the paddle.
