Very comfortable soft sand vest
I've been wanting to get a weighted vest to wear on my daily walks to build strength and endurance since I'm not currently doing much else fitness-wise. This one has been a great choice for me. I'm a female with a 41" bust and it thankfully fits very comfortably even though the sides of the front do come down right on the sides of my breasts. I assume the vest is filled with sand, or something similar, as it feels very soft and conforms perfectly to my shape. I didn't expect this to be so comfortable, but I have no problem wearing it for my whole workout. The 8 lb weight feels heavy when I pick it up in front of me, but once I'm wearing it, the weight is actually just right too. It feels like I'm being productive, but doesn't feel overly heavy. The vest is adjustable in the front but the smaller setting it came on is just right for me. The phone case is separate from the vest and could be worn on the vest, or potentially on an arm (it fits on my arm but without too much extra room for growth). Heavy weight training vest
Don't let the small 8 pound vest number fool you. It was actually quite heavy for my workout but I managed. Used for walking or running and it gets my heart racing. It does include a pocket for a phone or something but it was too small for my iphone pro max 17. I can't get it to zip. It is well made and feels nice on my skin. I can definitely recommend. No issues and works great.
Works great and love that it includes the arm band or pouch to hold your phone and keys. Very comfortable and a good weight to start at... Adjustable straps and easy to put on and take off. Stays put and no discomfort either. Love that it has reflective parts for night time. I don’t use the key phone case so I removed it and so glad you can! You can wear walking, for workout or just around the house to add some weight for burning extra calories while cleaning or moving around. I can definitely recommend. No issues and works great.
