Way Too expensive

I purchased two "stainless steel" gold-tone watchbands, this one and another very similar for $45, both from Amazon. This one was heavier. To remove links for sizing does not work because the band width tapers, removing links would leave a weird gap - unless I do not understand how to do it. No instructions came with this watch so who knows. Now, I think I may have trouble returning. When I requested a return, the company emailed me offering a $25 discount instead. I responded that I wish to return. I will update this review after I hear back about returning. I knew I was taking a risk buying this with no reviews posted and it wasn’t an Amazon prime item.
