The rug was very soft and looked nice, though a bit thin. The real issue was the folds and wrinkles — even after laying it flat for a week, they just wouldn’t come out. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I would’ve kept it if it had been shipped rolled instead of folded in a box :(. Read more
