I'm pleased with this DR. ANISON Tongue-Scraper set. Do you need a tongue scraper? Probably not, but it is a handy tool to have if you have concerns about your oral health. I've used a plastic scraper in the past and it worked fine- I think this metal tool does a better job though. Tongue scraping is something that everyone should be doing (in addition to brushing twice & flossing) every day. The tongue harbors a lot of stinky bacteria that can lead to bad breath. Mouthwash doesn’t always do the trick, but tongue scraping can rid the mouth of unpleasant tastes and odors. I’ve used this style of tongue scraper for years now and it’s simple to use and easy to clean / disinfect. Having received plastic tongue scrapers from the dentist before, these stainless steel ones are by far superior. They won’t absorb any odors and glide easily along the tongue to dislodge the funky gunk. With this two pack of tongue scrapers, I hope to convince the rest of my household to give it a try. The tongue scrapers arrived nicely packaged in a box and were inside of a protective plastic carrying case. There are 2 scrapers included and each was individually wrapped in a protective plastic pouch. They are well made and feel nice in the hand - sturdy without flimsy parts. The metal gets the tongue clean quickly and washes well. The scrapers are easy to maneuver on the tongue and a quick way to get better breath and for the mouth to feel more clean. I love that they are fully metal - which means there are multiple ways to fully disinfect them, including boiling water. As a side note, because they case is plastic and has no holes, be sure the scraper is wiped dry before storage. Overall, very impressed with the quality and definitely recommend this product. Came as a pack of two exactly as pictured. Each was wrapped in its own plastic bag while both were within a hard plastic container for easy storage. Metal felt sturdy and appears to be built for long lasting. Easy to use and easy to clean. I was unable to get my tongue too clean with it though and have seen better results just brushing my tongue with a toothbrush. Read more
