Arrived quickly, no issues with packaging or delivery. This is just the right size for what I needed. Holds a good amount of supplies. Inside pockets fit well for my pliers, cutters, etc. The bottom is a strong solid hard plastic, which helps to hold open the bag when unzipped. Once unzipped, the bag stays open, which makes it easy to load and unload items. The handle is well sewn. The velcro has a good grip to it. The shoulder strap is an added bonus, and fits well on my shoulder. The zipper is well made and slides easily. I did not have to interact with the seller, so I have no comment on that.
