After just one use, my teeth felt noticeably smoother and cleaner-like a professional polish at home. Bonus features? The built-in LED light on the handle shines right where you're polishing, so you can actually see what you're doing in the mirror. Swapping out heads is simple-just screw them in-no tools needed, even though it comes with a little metal guide. It also charges fast and comes with two sets of heads, so two people can share the base unit with their own attachments. I am sad to rate this product as a one star. I had a different brand for over 3 years, and it was very good. So, my overall experience about these products is positive so I purchased this product, I didn't think much of it. Unfortunately, when I used it, it was obvious, it is poor quality (i.e., design, motor, etc.). 1. The motor is very week (2200 RPM) so if you hold it to your teeth, it stops. My other brand was 3300 RPM which I recommend. 2. The battery life has a very short life. After one use, I have to plug it in. My other brand was a lot better. 3. About different speed, ... It is useless, I have run it at "strong" setting. It is very weak in other setting which make it meaningless. I don't plan to return it because I don't want to deal with the hassle but after I used it twice, I put a side, I bought another brand that has 3300 RPM. Dear company, I hope my honest review, it will help you to improve your product. Dear buyer, I recommend looking the description closely and found the one with stronger motor/RPM.
