This bag has pouches galore in all shapes and sizes! Some are zipper sections and some are open pocket sections. The inside has a bunch of pockets lining it and the front has two decent size zipper pockets that could possibly or almost hold a kindle. There is also another section that unzips and reveals even more pockets in a strip layout against one side and similar to a wallet/card holder setup and pen holder bands against the other side. There is a designated section for your laptop that has a velcro strap to keep it in place. Each end has a pocket that will hold a large beverage. The bag is super padded inside and out, and makes it feel like everything inside is safe and sound. It's comfortable to wear. The handles are a good length but it also comes with a much longer cross body shoulder strap that is removable. It feels strong enough to stand up to being packed full in all those sections. My biggest complaint about this bag is that I picked the cream color but it gives off a very pink look in a lot of lighting types. A lot of the time it looks much more pink than cream, so I wish it was much truer to it's intended color and match what it showed in the picture. This is just the bag I've been looking for. It works perfectly for me as an overnight bag. It's very lightweight but plenty big enough for a couple changes of clothes and has tons of pockets for keeping whatever toiletries and makeup I take with me organized. It will also be great for day trips when I want to carry my lap top and other odds and ends with me. Now everything will fit in one bag. I like that the shoulder strap is detachable because I'll rarely use it but I can keep it handy in one of those pockets just in case. The media could not be loaded. This bag is fantastic. I ordered the Medium. It is very well made and has so much room. It has tons of pockets to keep things organized. The size is perfect to be a personal item in addition to your carryon. I checked the size limits for personal items and this is what I found: "The dimensions allowed for a personal item typically vary by airline, but a common size limit is around 18 x 14 x 8 inches (45 x 35 x 20 cm). It's important to check with your specific airline for their exact requirements." This bag measures 15.55"(L) x 6.10"(W) x 11.42"(H) according to the description. I measured it and got pretty much the same thing. It has a shoulder strap for carrying and what I really love is the strap on the back that will slip over your carryon handle so you can securely set it on top and roll it around. I can't tell you how many times the personal item or (huge purse) has slipped sideways off of my carryon as I am trying to run through the airport to find my gate. The hardware and zippers are a nice quality too. The price is very reasonable for the quality. I plan to buy one for my bestie. Read more
