I would love to give this binder a 5 star due to large holding capacity and included top loaders. However, my first shipment was a disaster. The binder came in a flat thin box and when I opened the binder the pages were ripped where the included top loader were located. Luckily, a quick and easy replacement order resolved this issue. The replacement came in a thick box and the pages were thankfully not ripped where included top loaders were located. Not sure if this was quality control or shipping issue, but another reviewer also had pages ripped in the same location.
