Great knife. I just bought it for a gift for a brother in law. Its a great hunting companion. Better sizing than the T-1. T-1 was made to be more of a hatchet than a knife, this feels like a knife. T-4 (mini) is more for youth. Go with either this or the T-3, which is the half way between size. Plus tops tends to make chunky knives in general if they are great. Pair this with the Tops Tom Brown Scout (which is the best knife I've ever owned) and you've got a great setup. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely top notch quality, by the time you read this they will probably be sold out for good reason. The part I can’t get over is how clean the sheath fits over the knife and CLICKS in place for a steady hold. Unbelievable quality, this knife is everything everyone said it was, and it comes with a cool whistle lol. Read more
I got this for a wilderness trip and then chose to bring a different knife instead. It’s a mini of the full size tracker knife, but its size makes it a little more versatile and unobtrusive to carry. I pulled this out to use it for the first time and the blade edge was already rusty! I hope it holds and edge for a while. Maybe the rust will come off when I sharpen it. Read more
There seems to be a love-hate relationship with the Tracker design... like any tool it's success or failure depends largely on the user. I am a fan and find it to be both versatile and capable. I may reshape the cutting edge at some point but that is purely a preference on my part. One note: I have large hands and the handle is on the small side... it is workable but if you want a nice feel you may want to consider the original Tracker. Read more

This, I think, is the perfect sized TOPS Tracker for urban carry. I don't plan on chopping down trees, splitting boulders, or slicing waterfalls, so I don't need the full-sized T1 (which I used to own). The T2 fits perfectly in my hand, handles really well, and can easily be tossed in my backpack without worrying that the weight of the knife will cause my bag straps to snap. Also perfect to be used as a bookmark as I read the book about Tom Brown Jr.'s life! Read more
