I am an acrylic and oil artist and decided to learn watercolor. So I needed a big desk that would hold all my paint trays and watercolor paper along with a nice lamp and my computer etc. This desk is perfect! Its solid and looks expensive. I love the wood grain look. The feet can be adjusted also so never a problem with a wobble. I purchased this on a lightning sale but it is worth every penny of the usual price. It was so easy to put together. Just screw on the legs. I'm quite happy with my new desk. Don't think twice on this one. It's perfect for what I needed it for anyway. We've all been burned by cheap furniture online, especially from Amazon. But this desk exceeded my expectations. The table surface is already pre-built, meaning the horizontal support beams are attached firmly, and all I had to do was use the supplied allen key to attach the legs. The bolts are sturdy, and the table surface is heavy manufactured or rubberwood. I don't think it's particle board, it's way too heavy. If it is, then it's very high quality particle board. I drilled a hole into it to attach a monitor arm, and it felt more like wood. The whole desk weighs about 60lbs, so it definitely doesn't feel cheap or wobbly. In any case, I highly recommend this. For the price, you can't beat the build quality. This is definitely the best desk I've ever purchased online. Read more
