I love my shrimp lighters. I bought one of each color and I'm not disappointed. They are easy to fill and light nicely. If you love shrimp as much as I do, you need one of these. Read more

Arrived in good time but after filling the lighter with butane and following other people’s instructions on how to correctly set up it did not work. The lighter body is plastic (not an issue, just an observation). You can hear gas leaking from the body before you even press the button. Not a good lighter unless you want a shrimp thing. Read more

Shrimp lighter funny and functional
The media could not be loaded. Funny and functional butane shrimp lighter. I'm an avid recreational shrimper and this lighter is just too much, I love it. So the best shrimping conditions usually involve a pretty good wind to push the waters in the rivers. Having a windproof lighter is a must. Having a shrimp shaped windproof lighter while shrimping is a gas. Even though the video is hard to see there is a flame there and the lighter works well. It's lightweight, a little bulky which for me is a good thing, I'm less likely to loose it in my gear bag. And best of all it will be hard for a lighter thief to steal. Read more
Will not stay lit.
The media could not be loaded. After filling the butane and playing with the adjustments it will not stay lit. Every so often I'll get a flame that lasts 1-2 seconds if I'm lucky. I know I'm filling it up correctly, I bought 3 other lighters at the same time and the other 3 work with no issues. The housing looks great and it is a good size for my hand, (please note however I have large hands. My wife who is a foot and a half shorter than me says it's uncomfortable, but that she would deal with it just because it's funny.) and the lid snaps back and back on great. The paint around the eye is chipped and the black stone for the other eye isn't set in all the way. Overall this I would've been happy with it if these were fixed. But I can't say I'd recommend this lighter for purchase. Read more
