I’m getting so frustrated, I’ve gone through this entire bottle and I have not seen nor felt any sort of results whatsoever. This product with this blend is supposed to help with things like your energy level and increasing your metabolism and helping your body to burn fat more easily. I’m quite young yet developed very early breast cancer which was hormone positive, so after going through that experience now my hormones are freaking out and think that my body is older and so instead of being my usual very thin and fit self I’m finding it impossible to get my weight back down to where it was. And my career depends on it because I’m a professional model. So even with me being on an incredibly strict diet regimen, and working out nearly every day with weights, consuming high levels of protein, etc. I would typically be in peak physical shape after doing this for months. So I decided to add this product and it has not done any of the things that it claims this mix of supplements should be doing to my body. The purpose of me telling you all of that is to let you know that if you’re in a similar situation and having a hard time losing weight and getting in shape, this product is likely not going to help the process. The taste of this is very weak as well and kind of watery, which is strange for how many things are in this. It certainly offers no pain relief either. And it is easy to use, but what is the point of that if the product does nothing? So I would say that the quality of this is low and I certainly don’t think it’s worth the money. There are so many of these out there that there just has to be a better one. I mean perhaps this will work better for someone else that needs it for something different? I am very pleased with this supplement. He first thing I liked about this supplement is that there is more than just berberine in it I've tried other types of berberine, and felt that they did nothing. However, for me, I believe I did benefit from this brand. I have lost a few pounds slowly, and my digestion has been better. Please keep in mind that not everyone is the same, so what works for me may not work for you. With that said, I do recommend giving this one a try in hopes that you will get some or all benefits of this supplement. Read more

In theory, this should be great: a liquid berberine formulation with many other functional blood sugar management components, such as cinnamon and bitter melon. But the labeling is either misleading or downright impossible. The front of the bottle claims 15000 mg per serving, the ingredients list 500mg per serving, and another image from the listing shows 10,000mg of berberine. If any of these were accurate, which I doubt, then it would be a dangerously high dosage, since the standard dosing of berberine is 500mg. Read more
