The ROOTRO Touch Bedside Table Lamp is a great buy for the price. It’s super bright, and the RGB mode is a nice touch if you want to set the vibe in the room. The 3-way dimming feature makes it super versatile for any situation. My only gripe is that I wish it had an app or remote to control it more easily. The touch controls work fine, but sometimes it’s a little awkward to turn on/off or change modes. Overall, it’s still an awesome lamp and totally worth it for the brightness and design. I absolutely love this light! My favorite thing is that I’ll never have to change a lightbulb. It’s very lightweight which makes it easy if I want to move it to different areas of the house. The lowest brightness is very dim and perfect to use as a night light. The 2nd and 3rd brightness levels provide ample lighting. Definitely recommend. Read more

This lamp was purchased on 12/6/2025 for $18.99. The quality is more than adequate, but the lamp is very lightweight and definitely not what I would consider a premium product, however it looks good and functions well for the price that I paid. On the lamp that I received which is the model with a cord (not rechargeable) I can touch and hold the top control panel when the lamp is off, and it will come on in an ultra low mode which I absolutely love! Other than that if you were just to tap the top when the lamp is off there there are 3 brightness levels to cycle through with each tap: Low, Medium and High. The light that emits from this lamp is soft, the color temperature is pleasant and leans warm which for me is a great thing. To get to the colored mode you must press and hold on the top of the lamp while the white light is on and then tap the top to start/stop it from slowly cycling through the spectrum of colors, ie once it lands on your favorite color give the top panel a tap and it will freeze there on that color. The lamp also remembers that color too so the next time you enter color mode by holding down on the top panel it will come on directly to that last color which was used. I wish the brightness could be controlled when in the color mode but it cannot. I would guess that the brightness when in color mode is factory set to be somewhere around Medium and is not dimmable or adjustable in any way when in color mode which could obviously appear brighter to your eye depending on which color you have landed on or that the lamp is currently cycling through (if you just leave it continually and slowly flowing from one color to the next in a mostly smooth and seamless fashion). So far this is a nice, cheap and attractive bedside lamp. Read more

The remote control is very responsive and easy to use. Buttons are clearly labeled, and it works instantly without lag. I like being able to adjust brightness, change colors, and turn the lamp on or off from bed. The range is solid, and it hasn’t had any connection issues. It makes the lamp much more convenient, especially for nighttime use. Read more

This lamp has some serious problems. I purchased (2) of them in one order. One for the kitchen and the other for the computer table. If I pick it up from the top and don't touch the bottom sides, the lamp will shut off on it's own, and if it's off , it will turn on, on its own. If I lightly bump the lamp while moving it, it will freak out and go into a color spasm, and takes a bit to control it. A bit frustrating when handling the lamp. The lamp also goes into color mode on its own. Does not want to stay in the normal colored white, when first turning the lamp on. If I pick up the lamp to dust or even wipe the counter, this lamp tends to freak out and do whatever it wants to do, by either going to color mode, or turning off, even though I am nowhere near the bottom touch panel ring. The controls of the lamp are wonky at best. It's a nice, cute lamp, but there are more frustrations with the lamp than need to be. I wish this lamp had a BT app controller. So I could turn it on and off via cell phone. That would have been nice. Sadly, it does not do that. Would I ever buy this particular lamp again? Most likely not. Read more
