This is Chinese Matcha powder of ingredient quality definitely not to be used as a tea drink. It has lots of ani-oxidants, bitter taste, lighter green color, and one of the best prices per oz. However, I am never completely confident with food products coming out of China. I ordered and am now in possession of organic ingredient grade Matcha from Jade Leaf. Its price is comparable and even a tiny bit less (if purchased in the 1 lb bag), and color, taste superior to the Chinese Matcha. In addition, the Jade Leaf is from the Uji region of Japan (no radiation). If you prefer a cute container rather than a bag, then this Chinese Touch Matcha is for you. Read more
