The touch screen won't work unless you buy an additional cable
The USB ports on the back of the monitor do not match up with the cables they provide or the set up instructions. The set up instructions say that the touch screen feature of the monitor won't work unless you connect a cable from the USB-B port on the back of the monitor to a USB-A port on your computer. They provide a cable that has a USB-B plug on one end and a USB-A plug on the other. The problem is that the back of the monitor doesn't actually have a USB-B port. Instead, it has a USB 3.0 Standard B port, which requires an entirely different type of plug. See the attached photos. You'll have to buy another special cable. Once I wasted an hour and a trip to a computer store to figure this out, I still had to also connect an HDMI cable (which they did provide) from the new monitor to my computer to get the monitor to work as a touch screen. So, you'll need to buy an additional cable and have two cables going from the monitor to your computer. Read more
