This is a great tool! It has really saved me from having to scrub awkward surfaces such as the tracks of our shower doors. The tank does not hold a lot of water (about 1 quart), so I often have to stop and add more water. Be sure to get an extension cord to reach places. Read more

It worked great at first. I cleaned my stone shower one day, then when using it a second time for only 30 min on tule grout, it made a loud popping sound and then the motor sounded like a train and it started to smoke. I only used distilled water and never used the max setting. Very disappointing. The last time I used it, I also got a 2nd degree burn on my arm from the extender to the nozzle even though I was wearing the gloves it came with. I think this is a dangerous product unfortunately. I think I got lucky with this device. All of my attachments were included, there were no missing pieces. I was afraid that I would have trouble getting it to work but it worked just as it should. The water heated up surprisingly quick. There is no water leaking, dripping or spouting out. Each attachment was easy to install and use. The steam is highly effective. I usually do not bother with the glives but the water heated up pretty well so i thought to be on the safe side. I llve that its touch screen. It makes it easier to switch to different settings while cleaning. It's pretty solidly constructed, not fragile. This has become my Saturday morning house cleaning tool. I cannot clean without it. It was efficient, got hot fast, and did what I wanted it to do. But the microfiber squeegee cover is too small for the squeegee attachment. On the instructions it looks like there is supposed to be another small squeegee for the towel cover, but it doesn't look like anyone else got one either. Easily remedied by using a microfiber cloth over the squeegee while cleaning, but still not that convenient. Read more
