My dog is obsessed with ropes and tug of war, and this one has become a favorite. It has a nice weight to it, is easy for me to hold onto, and she gets a good grip on it when we play. We have used it for a lot of tug sessions and regular chewing and it has held up much better than many other rope toys I have bought. Like with most rope toys, the ends do eventually start to fray and little pieces can come off in her mouth. I just keep an eye on her while she is chewing and pull the loose strands off or clean her mouth out if any pieces get stuck. My two doggos are oh so happy with our most recent rope toy purchase! The wags were wildly wagging in excitement! 😂 I am really happy with the size of these, they're thick enough to be durable but they aren't overly stiff, and they're also long. While they're pretty thick, if you have a very heavy chewer then they would eventually get through these. My pup loves to chew and she has chewed through a bit of a knot but it's not even weakened, it's still just as strong as ever. I do take it from her when I find her chewing on it so she's not pooping out strings 🤦‍♀️🤣 She does love to chew and gnaw on it if I let her though! It's proven to be an excellent addition to the toy family. You can see my two pups really had a blast playing tug! Since they're each knotted differently, depending on how you want to play one has more of a handle and the other is just straight. They tend to prefer the straight one when they're playing together ❤️ I like the handled one when I'm in on the game! I've only had these for a week or so but I'm confident they're gonna last a long time. They were an incredible value! Super affordable, durable, and already a well loved chew and tug toy 😍 As you can see from the second photo, they played hard until it was nap time. Great product for playing with my large lab puppy. She loves chasing it and shaking it. Very durable. I do watch her and monitor that there are no loose strings. Length is long enough that I can run with one end and I don't get bit. It will work great as she gets larger because the diameter is big enough. No smell at all. Adorable The dogs love them! They are nice and thick and will last a long time. They are being shared between a Rottie, Silver Lab, Yellow Lab/Pit mix, and a chihuahua terrier!
