I do a lot of running in winter and Midwest is brutal when it comes to wind-chill and cold weather. This thing made running possible for me even in the most extreme conditions. It can be worn in many different ways depending on your needs. The neck protection is where it excells the most. The head part is relatively thin but it does the job for the most part. In extreme cold, I add another beanie on my head but other than those this single piece is great. Breathability is not an issue. It is not restrictive at all and fit is comfortable. It’s definitely warm and the material feels soft and good quality, but I honestly can’t wear it for long when it’s pulled over my nose and mouth. It makes it hard to breathe, especially during activity. It works better if you keep it under your nose or just use it as a neck/face cover. Read more
