Fit as expected. I thought the high waist would bother me, but it fell in the perfect spot on my waist. The legs didn’t ride up (wet or dry) when walking or sitting in an inner tube in water. I wore it with a loose swim shirt which matched well and all together looked slimming. It was comfortable for a day out on the lake. I also felt ok to wear it as my shorts on my way to and from my water activity. Like it didn’t look like was running around the store in my swimsuit. I liked it and would recommend it to my friends. I love the silky feel, but wish they had a little more tummy control. They are comfortable and don’t rise up. The torso length fits well for my height. The value for the money is worth the purchase, and they are very durable and lasted the summer without warping or falling apart. Read more

I am 5'8", 148 pounds, 65 years old. I float in my pool almost everyday in summer as I live in a very warm climate. I was down to one pair of swim shorts and looked for more on Macys.com, but the prices were quite high and not very good reviews on what was available. I came to Amazon and read the reviews on these and for the price, $16.99, I gave them a try. I'm so glad I did. My husband said they look good! They fit good, don't pinch or pull, not to tight, and didn't stretch more when wet. They dried pretty quickly. Even the higher waist was comfortable, which surprised me. My husband suggested I purchase 2 more pairs. The price has increased since a few days ago, but even at $19.99, I'm going to purchase more. Read more
