Fit as expected. I thought the high waist would bother me, but it fell in the perfect spot on my waist. The legs didn’t ride up (wet or dry) when walking or sitting in an inner tube in water. I wore it with a loose swim shirt which matched well and all together looked slimming. It was comfortable for a day out on the lake. They fit good, don't pinch or pull, not to tight, and didn't stretch more when wet. They dried pretty quickly. Even the higher waist was comfortable, which surprised me.
