Looks cool, but is really somewhat cheap. Does not have completely flat base when assembled and doesn't sit completely flat on counter surface. Slightly disappointing as it doesn't sit level. I think promo pic also uses a fingertip towel. My hand towels are just barely short enough to hang properly (as pictured). Base is very lightweight and gets "tippy" during use. It's a great size and does exactly what it's supposed to do, it only holds one towel. My only issue is that it does tend to fall over a lot, so it's not incredibly stable. If you're going to buy this, I would also invest in something that would attach it to your counter so it stays upright, otherwise super easy and useful! Read more
