The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this kimono-style bathrobe for about three weeks now mainly after showers and sometimes just lounging around the house on weekends. The material is soft and has a nice terry cloth texture that feels comfortable against the skin. It does absorb water pretty well after getting out of the shower, soaks up moisture quickly so I’m not dripping everywhere. The fabric dries faster than my old cotton robe, usually dry within a few hours if I hang it up. The kimono-inspired design looks nice and the longer length gives good coverage. The sleeves are roomy without being too baggy. Sizing runs larger than I expected though - I ordered a medium based on the size chart and it’s pretty loose on me, probably could have gone with a small. The deep pockets are handy for holding my phone or chapstick. The belt system works well with both the inner tie and outer belt keeping it closed securely. The fabric is thick enough that it’s not see-through which is good for privacy. Build quality seems decent, the stitching looks solid and hasn’t come loose anywhere. I’ve washed it twice now in cold water and hung it to dry, came out fine with no shrinking or fading that I’ve noticed. No pilling or shedding so far. The material doesn’t have any chemical smell which is nice. The relaxed cut is comfortable for moving around in, doesn’t restrict movement. Color is as shown in the photos. The media could not be loaded. The robe itself is super soft, even out of the bag that it came in. Even though it was vacuum sealed, still completely soft. Even after washing and drying it, soft! I wasn't sure if the robe was going to keep me warm but the length of it goes down almost to my ankles and it keeps me completely warm. Not just my upper half but the bottom half as well. The color matches what is shown online and I like that this robe actually has pockets that fit my whole hand. I can put my phone inside of my pockets, sit in my recliner and not worry about it falling out. Overall, really great robe and super comfortable. Even works in a towel warmer. Read more
This is a great robe for the money. Very comfortable, soft and warm. It's not as absorbent as say as Terry cloth robe, so it's probably not best for immediately after getting out of the water or the shower, but for a warm robe to wear around the house, it's and excellent value. This is great! It is longer than I expected but I’m sure someone taller will have no complaints. I like the ribbon tied closure in addition to the final closure with the robe belt. It’s warm and comfortable. Would get again. Read more
