I use bar towels for just about every thing in the kitchen, bath, and house. Paper towels are for grease, and I only use a few rolls per year. But I keep up to 5 dozen bar towels in various stages of stain and wear for every thing in the house and yard. I purchased these 24 to renew the towels I use for drying dishes. All my bar towels have a colored stripe. The colored stripe helps me visually tell which towel I am reaching for: for drying dishes, wiping a dirty stove top or counter, or cleaning the bath room. They are cotton, so they will stain. These are a good size, very absorbent, and clean easily. A good environmentally friendly choice. I'll buy again. Read more

This is a good product. It's handy and seems to be well made. My only gripe is that it is not good for polishing glassware. This important to me as I have a lot of good stem-ware, wine glasses, cut crystal glasses and so on. These towels shed fabric when I try to polish my good glassware. This is disappointing. Read more
